These Terms and Conditions are binding between the Advertiser and Home Inspector Forum Limited. Registered Office: Home Inspector Forum Limited, 15 & 17 Church Street, Stourbridge, West Midlands, DY8 1LU. Company No. 06521618

1 Home Inspector Forum Ltd, including its owners, management, employees, suppliers and otherwise involved parties shall not guarantee any of its services and any information provided on the website to be correct and fully functional at all times.

2 Home Inspector Forum Ltd shall not be responsible for the accuracy, legality, dependability or validity of any content provided either directly on or via hyperlink from any website either owned or administrated by any member or affiliate of the Home Inspector Forum Ltd network. Furthermore, Home Inspector Forum Ltd shall not incur any liability for any defect, loss or fault caused, whether directly or indirectly, by any website, including all its contents and hyperlinks to other websites, owned or administrated by any member or a third party, nor shall Home Inspector Forum Ltd incur any liability for any claims made against it on any such grounds as specified above.

3 Home Inspector Forum Ltd shall not be held responsible for any damage caused by the use of Home Inspector Forum Ltd network, including but not limited to problems associated with internet connectivity, line switching or the use of outdated computers or software.

4 Home Inspector Forum Ltd shall not be held responsible for any problems, including but not limited to delay, spamming or virus caused by the use of email, downloaded material or other items taken from the Home Inspector Forum Ltd network, nor shall Home Inspector Forum Ltd be held responsible for any defect or inaccuracy in any information provided on the web site either due to technical problems in relation to updating or uploading information or in case of a server break-down on homeinspectorforum.co.uk or any sites owned or administrated by its members or their affiliates.

5 Home Inspector Forum Ltd reserves the right to modify or remove any information provided by its members and furthermore, Home Inspector Forum Ltd reserves the right to exclude, at its sole discretion, any member showing unacceptable behavior.

6 Home Inspector Forum Ltd's website, web documents, images, pictures, logos and software are the property of Home Inspector Forum Ltd and are protected by the existing legislation regarding copyright and trademark right. Any unauthorised use or distribution, disclosure of any trade secret or otherwise confidential information or copying and use, whether in full or in part, of these websites etc. is prohibited and will result in legal proceedings and/or prosecution. In such case Home Inspector Forum Ltd reserves the right to choose, at its sole discretion, in which country any legal proceedings and/or prosecution will take place and also reserves the right to choose which country's laws and regulations shall apply in case any such proceedings and/or prosecution.

7 Home Inspector Forum Ltd reserves the right to amend this disclaimer (terms and conditions) at any time. As you are subject to these terms and conditions, you should review them from time to time.

8 These conditions shall apply to all advertisements accepted for publication and/or media delivery. Any other proposed condition shall be void unless incorporated clearly in written instructions and specifically accepted by the Home Inspector Forum Ltd, hereinafter known as Publisher. All advertisements are accepted subject to the Publisher's approval, and to the space being available.

9 The Publisher reserves the right to omit or suspend an advertisement or campaign at any time for good reason, in which case no claim on the part of any Advertiser for damages or breach of contract shall arise. Should such omission or suspension be due to the act or default of the Advertiser or his servants or agents then the space reserved for the advertisement shall be paid for in full notwithstanding that the advertisement has not appeared. Such omission or suspension shall be notified to the Advertiser as soon as possible.

10 If the Publisher considers it necessary to modify the space or alter the date or position of insertion or make any other alteration, the Advertiser will have the right to cancel if the alterations requested are unacceptable, unless such changes are due to an emergency or circumstances beyond the Publisher's control. Every care is taken to avoid mistakes but the Publisher cannot accept liability for any errors due to third parties, subcontractors or inaccurate copy instructions.

11 The Advertiser warrants that the advertisement does not contravene any Act of Parliament nor is it in any way illegal or defamatory or an infringement of any other party's rights. The Advertiser will indemnify the Publisher fully in respect of any claim made against the Publisher arising from the advertisement. The Publisher will consult with the Advertiser as to the way such claims are to be handled.

12 Advertisement rates are subject to revision at any time and orders are accepted on condition that the price binds the Publisher only in respect of the next 30 days following start date. In the event of a rate increase, the Advertiser will have the option to cancel the order without surcharge or continue the order at the revised advertisement rates. Where discount is applicable it will be specified with the media information section.

13 Advertisements are contracted to appear for one calendar month in one single publication to which this agreement applies unless a contract exists to appear for multiple months. Advertisements appearing in any online publication longer than the contracted period is at the discretion of the Publisher and does not confer a new contract or liability. The Publisher reserves the right to remove advertisements from previous online publications outside of this contract.

14 Credit accounts are strictly net and must be settled on or before the specified due date. In the event of an account being overdue, and without prejudice to any other rights which it may have, the Publisher reserves the right to suspend advertising. If accounts are not settled by the due date the Publisher reserves the right to make surcharges at the rate of 3% per month until payment is made.

15 In addition, all outstanding invoices will have to be paid in full and pre-payment will be required to resume any advertising. Failure to adhere to these terms will result in a suspension of all advertising. The Publisher reserves the right to suspend any or all advertisements should any legal case be brought against the Advertiser or Publisher.

16 These Conditions and all other express terms of the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and the European Community.
